WIFS Awards presented annually include:

Woman of the Year

This is the highest level of recognition a WIFS member can receive from her peers. The WOY award is focused on recognizing an individual who has given above and beyond to both WIFS and the industry.

Leaders Recognition Society (LRS)

This special recognition of WIFS members is for those who achieve significant income levels in the insurance and financial services industry. The LRS is open to all WIFS members and is based on annual income for the previous year. Members must register for LRS.

LRS Levels:

• Silver $75,000
• Gold $125,000
• Platinum $200,000
• Emerald $500,000
• Diamond Highest income for that year

Rookie of the Year

This award recognizes the successes of a WIFS member who is new to the industry (0-3 years).

ANGEL Award

The ANGEL award is given to a member who has demonstrated attributes that have been instrumental to the success of her peers. ANGEL stands for:

Assistance Nurture Guidance Ethics Leadership

Chapter Awards

New Chapters & Chapters in Formation

To inspire and encourage new chapter leadership, three scholarships of $500 each are awarded each year to new chapters and chapters in formation for representatives to attend the WIFS National Conference

Chapter Achievement Award

Each year, this award recognizes local WIFS chapters that have demonstrated excellence in membership, programs, education, and leadership.
